Quantum Pro 5R Performance Air Filter: Filter Media-Equipped with our oiled, 360-degree radial flow air filter with 5-layers of progressive, cotton media to provides maximum flow, performance and protection. Filter Construction-Specifically designed for the Quantum Series intake systems with injection molded base and top for lighter weight and rigidity. Captive screws are used to eliminate lost hardware and to securely fasten to housing. The base includes a built-in, 3-angle velocity stack for smooth, even airflow. Dyno Tuned Intake Tube: Quantum uses a dyno tuned, CAD-designed intake tube to achieve optimum air flow and is made from high impact, XLPE material for heat soak resistance and durability while maintaining a perfect fit. Silicone Bellows Coupling: The Quantum Intake System includes silicone bellows couplings to absorb excessive engine movement and are flexible for a secure and easy install. Quantum intakes are designed with fewer parts for a quick and simple installation. Hassle-Free Installation: This is a direct fit intake system that utilizes factory mounting points and requires no cutting or modifications. All clamps, couplings, and hardware are included for hassle-free installation. Note: This intake system is not CARB exempt at this time and is not legal for sale in California or use on vehicles registered with the California Department of Motor Vehicles. All aFe intake systems are engineered and manufactured in our Corona, California manufacturing facility.
